Great Sales Reps’ aren’t born, they’re mentored, trained, supported, encouraged and developed.

A so called Sales Coach who only preaches to your Sales Team from a Training Room ‘pulpit’ only truly builds their own ego… If the goal however is to develop your Reps skills, habits and behaviours – this can only be achieved on the battlefield.

That means spending a day observing your Reps visiting existing Clients and trying to win new ones,

It happens by asking them (in between Clients) open-ended questions about where the last visit went well, where it could have gone better and and how they think they could build better rapport.

There are many places where Group Training is the only way to go, but ultimately; great Reps are born on the battlefield… Not in the Classroom.
